Creative Strategist Intern 

Creative Strategist Intern

As a creative strategist, you will use your savvy and latest knowledge of social trends to bring a client's social media strategy to life! This includes coordinating with the client and their account manager to plan ahead for their organic and paid social media strategy, creatively plan content, gather content, and deliver the edits to the account manager to schedule out!

 

The goal of this position is to gain a thorough understanding of social media strategy, time management, creative process, and client relations. 

 

Our team is made up of digital savvy, think-outside-the-box, self-taught scrollaholics whom all work towards the same goal and a better, social life, virtually and IRL! If that's you, get #init.

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate, plan, and execute, social strategy with and for clients and Insperience It

  • Coordinate with clients and their account managers for important dates, campaigns, events, happenings, etc. 

  • Produce engaging content updates in line with client business goals and objectives

  • Follow and adjust social campaign content through to completion while providing guidance and making sure all deliverables are met and successfully implemented

  • Coordinate with Insperience It's creative teams, clients' points of contact, and freelancers

  • Stay up to date on all current social media landscape changes, trends, and best practices

  • Deploy content best practices 

  • Edit content to be branded to the client's or Insperience It's need and caliber 

  • Manage day to day emails and phone calls with clients

 

 

Requirements and Qualifiers:

 

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Publishing, Journalism, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, or soon to be BA graduate

  • Social media platform presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Creative ability to take on the "voice" and brand of various clients

  • A knack for design and visuals

  • Knowledge of Adobe Suite, Graphic Design, Photography, Videography, Photo Editing, Video Editing

  • Strong ability to pivot and make changes in a dynamic industry

  • Highly motivated, roll up the sleeves, can do, will learn attitude

  • Ability to learn how to use: Trello (management software), Slack (communication tool), Canva (graphic design software for non designers), Animoto (video software for non videographers), MailChimp and other email service providers, SproutSocial (social media management software), Google Docs, Google Sheets, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter advertising platform

Conent Crafting Wizard Intern

Content Crafting Wizard Intern​

As a content crafting wizard, you will use your incredible, witty, on your feet writing skills to structure, write, edit, and plan client's social media content. Being up to date on the latest social trends and verbiage is a must! This position also includes coordinating with the client, their account manager, and creative strategist to plan ahead for their organic and paid social media strategy. Once you have the direction from the creative strategist and any produced content, you can get to werkkk! *YOU WILL BE WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH THE CREATIVE STRATEGIST* 

 

The goal of this position is to gain a thorough understanding of social media strategy, creative process, ehance writing and creative skills, and better your skills regarding client relations.

Community Manager Intern

Community Manager Intern​

As a community manager, you will act as the voice and brand ambassador for clients. You LOVE and obsession with social media and NEED to never look up from your phone is what will make you GREAT at this position. You will connect with and grow the client's social media following, engage with the growing community, reach out and DM those who fit into the client's prospective persona, connect and engage with influencers, and ALL things that put SOCIAL in social media. *YOU WILL BE WORKING VERY CLOSELY WITH THE ACCOUNT MANAGER* 

 

The goal of this position is to gain a thorough understanding of social media community building, relationship building, communication, and brand evangelism.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in capturing social real estate and clients for Insperience It

  • Collaborate and evaluate social strategy with and for clients and Insperience It

  • Build a highly engaged social media following for our clients across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat month over month

  • Respond to comments, questions, DMs in a manner that’s always positive, upbeat and respectful for clients and Insperience It  as well as monitor conversations, respond to reviews and comments and generate conversations

  • Identify, vet, establish, and maintain relationships with prospects and influencers with a relationship/ value first mentality

  • Watch, like, comment, engage with UGC

  • Continuously seek UGC to provide to the creative team and client's account manager in a TIMELY fashion for resharing or repurposing

  •  Direct inquiries to the right person or place 

  • Be a brand ambassador by building brand evangelist with creative ideas, giveaway, praise, gratitude, and relationship building 

 

 

Requirements and Qualifiers:
